  • HOW LONG AFTER PURCHASE DO THE CANDIES EXPIRE? FOR BEST QUALITY, LA DULCE FACTORY RECOMMENDS KEEPING THE CANDIES IN A COOL/DRY ENVIRONMENT AND CONSUMING WITHIN 3 WEEKS. (IF ITS NOT GONE BY THEN!) DO NOT LEAVE CANDY IN THE CAR OR HEAT.
  • WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO BESIDES THE STATES? WE SHIP TO HAWAII AND CANADA!
  • I WANT LA DULCE FACTORY IN MY STORE! WHO DO I CONTACT?PLEASE EMAIL US FOR INQUIRES ON SELLING LA DULCE FACTORY CANDIES IN YOUR SHOP.
  • I WANT TO HAVE LA DULCE FACTORY CANDIES AT MY PARTY! HOW CAN I PURCHASE IN BULK?  CLICK ON MENU AND PARTY FAVORS! WE SUGGEST ORDERING FOR YOUR PARTY AT LEAST A WEEK IN ADVANCE TO ENSURE IT ARRIVES ON TIME.
  • I HAVE ALLERGIES! WHAT ARE IN YOUR INGREDIENTS?  WE USE A BLEND OF SPICES THAT INCLUDE CHILI. WE DO NOT ADVISE PEOPLE WITH FOOD ALLERGIES TO CONSUME.
  • WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?  PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL TO TRACK THE SHIPMENT/STATUS ON YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVAL DATE. 


SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via USPS OR UPS. All orders will take 1-2 business days to process. We aim to get our orders out as soon as possible. However, processing time may take up to 3 business days. 

Delivery times may vary based on location. 

Please make sure shipping information is correct before check out. La Dulce Factory does not take responsibility for any issues that may occur during the shipping process (delays, lost package, stolen package, or damaged candy due to heat). Heat will damage the candy so please keep track of the shipment with your tracking number that is emailed after purchase. 

Standard Shipping rates will vary based on package weight and distance. Rates will be shown during the checkout process prior to payment. 

No Refunds allowed due to food product.
