Shipping Info

Our orders are shipped via USPS priority shipping. All orders will take 2-3 business days to process. We aim to get our orders out as soon as possible. However, processing time may take up to 3 business days. Any orders after 5 pm central time will be processed the next day. 

Delivery times may vary based on location. 

Please make sure shipping information (shipping address, Apt/Suite number, billing information, credit card number/expiration dates) is correct and current before check out. La Dulce Factory is not responsible for any issues that may occur during the shipping process (delays, lost package, stolen package). Heat will damage the candy so please keep track of the shipment. 

Standard Shipping rates will vary based on package weight and distance. Rates will be shown during the checkout process prior to payment.
